La Intervencionista from the Deschutes River

A blog about education, IB reflections, stories that I have in my mind, and writing challenges that I participate off & online. Reality is my construction of the past. Truth could be fiction. Writing is an act of getting naked little by little.

Merry Christmas everyone! Thankful for my family and everyone of Matilde's friends who have adopted us as family and feel at home when they visit us. Thank you Mati, Vincent, Gabi and Joe for spending Christmas with us. Los quiero mucho, mucho.
Just finished "All my rage" by Sabana Tahir. No wonder it won the National book award for young people's literature. Beautiful and heartbreaking. A love and hate story many children have to endure.
You don't have an idea how much time took me to take this photo. I have very unruly children. The only one that listened the first time was @gringomt .
Steve's (@gringomt ) 60th birthday was memorable.
Thank you so much @redmondcollectiveaction for inviting me and organizing this amazing event that will benefit the @rsd.libraries. What a feast and celebration of the freedom and joy to read widely. I even won a prize and got my flu vaccine!
